ミシン糸番号はこちら江戸時代から造り継がれてきた播州の刃物。そのルーツは約1200年も昔のことと言い伝えがあります。 Banshu Hamono 101 は、この長い歴史の中で完成された形に 1%の新たな彩りを加えたシリーズです。 Banshu Hamono has been inherited since Edo era.(1603-1868) It is called that the origin goes back to about 1,200 years before. Banshu Hamono 101 is new serious which are added only 1% of contemporary idea to Banshu Hamono’s long history. 糸切り・細かいところの布地の切断に適しています。様々な形のバリエーションがあり、布を傷つけないために刃先の丸まったものや、反り刃などがあります。小野市には、一本の鉄の棒から最終工程まで、今では珍しい手打ち鍛造で製造される数少ない職人さんがおられます。裁鋏と同様、日本鋼の高炭素鋼を使用していますので切れ味に加え、摩耗性にも優れた品です。その中でも青鋼(あおはがね)と呼ばれる種類は日立安来金属の最高級鋼の一種類でより鋼がより硬くなり摩耗性に優れた鋼です。金属・木などの硬いものは刃が欠けますので使用しないでください。 These scissors are used for cutting thread and for complex areas. They come in a number of variations, such as with rounded tips or curved blades to prevent damaging the fabric. Nowadays, it is rare to find people with the ability to make these types of scissors from a single rod of iron by hand.As with tachi-basami, because they are made of high-carbon steel, wa-basami are sharp and durable. We also use a high-quality steel, called Aohagane to make wa-basami, which is tougher and more durable than other metals. Please do not use them to cut metal or wood. 生地のマルイシは生地の産地西脇市から、リネンやコットンなどの上質な播州織や、オリジナルのシワ、汚れに強い綿ポリ生地を提案するショップです。職人さんによる、鋏づくりを動画にしました。一点ずつ、丁寧に仕上げた握り鋏です。
